Sarah Diamond (she/her) is a multifaceted dancer, singer, actor and movement instructor who lights up every room she greets with a shining bright smile and a starry last name to match. (Yes, Diamond is her real last name!)

Born and raised in the neighborhoods of Marietta and Atlanta, Georgia Sarah grew up dancing with Rhythm Dance Center and Atlanta Ballet’s Pre-Professional Division. She furthered her education at Florida State University graduating summa cum laude with a BFA in Dance. Additionally, Sarah spent a year in San Francisco where she studied with the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance as well as received a well rounded Pilates education + Comprehensive training from Polestar Pilates.

Sarah has had the privilege to perform as a dancer and immersive theatre artist on various stages, art galleries, and studios across Atlanta and New York City. Although 5’0” by a ruler’s standards, this gem’s performance expands to infinite measures as she grooves across the dance floor with a wave-like and whimsical fluidity rooted in strong athleticism.

Sarah is currently based in New York City, living in a cozy pocket of Brooklyn. When she’s not at play or work in the studio, she’s probably out ‘n’ about in nature, enjoying a London Fog, or rewatching The Princess Bride for the nth time.
